For the production of compound feeds, Biosmartex offers time-tested equipment that delivers the necessary performance for various production volumes. The HM series hammer crushers prepare the material to a homogeneous fine fraction, which is dried and then fed to pelletizers with BST ring-die presses for production of feed pellets.

In the case where the input material has a humidity below 15%, the pelletizing line does not require a drying stage. The raw material can pass directly from the hammer crusher to the pellet press.
