Lines of briquetting
Increasingly, factories for the production of fuel materials and other businesses do without the briquetting line. It’s all very simple: the equipment is dried, crushed and then briquetted with different types of biomass. These are firewood, branches, veneer wastes, particle board, particleboard, hornbeam, pruning, sawdust, obobol, low-grade wood, chips, wastes of plywood production up to 65% humidity, lamella waste, chips, wastes from carpentry, ottortsovki, furniture production waste, waste solid household waste (MSW), etc. e.
Biosmartex is ready to offer biomass waste preparation and briquetting lines for your business, producing the finished product of RUF, NESTRO briquettes and up to 10,000 kg / h of finished product.
Briquetting lines: working principle and features
As for the process itself, it is quite simple. Drying of raw materials is necessary if the humidity exceeds the threshold of 15%. Provided that the percentage is higher, then the raw materials will still need to be dried. Depending on the biomass used, the briquetting line is divided into: sawdust, chips, chips, trimmings, ottortsovki, obobol, low-grade wood, firewood, branches, veneer waste, furniture production waste, wastes waste, chipboard waste, waste lamella, waste lamella, waste both sides, plywood waste.
Briquetting lines: how fuel briquettes appear
The manufacturing of briquettes from wood waste is a rather exciting process. In addition, there are several technologies, but three are currently the most common:
- Hydraulic type.
- Method of shock pressing.
- Screw pressing and heat treatment method.
Briquetting lines made it possible to use wood waste for good use without the need for recycling.
